To kick off the weekend on an energetic note, we’ve got Cardio Kickboxing session on Saturday, May 17, from 6 am to 6:45 am. Cardio Kickboxing is no ordinary workout — it is your ultimate cardio challenge that will test your stamina and sculpt your abs like never before. Brace yourself for a combination of traditional kickboxing moves along with a splash of high-intensity interval training. All of this coupled with heart-pounding dance music will make you burn calories like you’ve never imagined before. The high-octane vibe is infectious, but don’t worry if you’re just starting out. We’ve got both higher and lower intensity options to cater to different fitness levels.

On Sunday, May 18, we invite you to experience something beyond run-of-the-mill fitness workouts. Mark your calendars for 6 am to attend the SoulFusion experience. SoulFusion is not just a workout — it is a fusion of Yoga, Pilates, and Barre, designed to make you fall in love with fitness all over again. The class features yoga-inspired flows, short bursts of cardio, bodyweight strength training exercises, and weight-bearing workouts for a comprehensive fitness schedule. SoulFusion is more than just a workout. The music, movement, and motivation will keep you coming back for more! Given the variety, we make sure options are available for all fitness levels.

As the week begins, let’s get into a refreshing mind-body connection with Power Yoga. On Monday, May 19, join us at 6 am to start your day with some soulful yoga sequences. This vinyasa-style Yoga class will help center your focus while influencing steady and rhythmic movements. We also include some challenging balancing and strength holds that will tune you into your inner strength. To customize this for every participant, we will be showing options for the various postures. End your day with slow, rewarding, relaxing stretches, a perfect finale for a vigorous Power Yoga session.

Say hello to Tuesday, May 20, with a power-packed PA Boot Camp from 6 am to 6:45 am. This class is all about utilizing your own bodyweight for a total body strength and conditioning workout. No weights, no special equipment- just you, some intensive exercises, and a dash of cardio for that extra fun factor. This class will focus on strength training and conditioning, with the modifications easily made for those at different stages of their fitness journey.
